We arrived late and we were immediately met at our car. Our bags were whisked up to our room and parking was close by. Dinner was served even though it was late and it was awesome. The room looked out over the lake and the view .... amazing.

When arriving at Rocopom we where met by a warm and beautiful smile from Paola who welcomed us at the front door. Paola presented the room and reserved a table at Rocopoms outdoor restaurant for the evening. The dinner was well presented and tasteful. The hotel and the room have a chic style and is a delight to stay in. The frontview to Como lake is beautiful and the staff served us Italian breakfast on the balcony in the warm morning sunshine. For us, this was the perfect way to start a new day. Any requests was met by friendly smiles and a will to make our stay as good as possible . Thank you for the excelent service, warm smiles and we can't wait to go back. Rocopom is really as good as the pictures and the reviews says. Next time, we will stay for longer than one night

Io e mio marito eravamo in viaggio di lavoro e abbiamo scelto questo posto per provare ad avere un po' di pace e lusso (e festeggiare il mio compleanno) anche se entrambi abbiamo dovuto frequentare diverse riunioni virtuali. L'atmosfera e la natura curata di questo boutique hotel hanno reso possibile il nostro obiettivo. Il cibo era di alta qualità e ben preparato, anche se come dicono alcuni altri, è un po' caro. Il servizio in camera è stato una vera chicca e non abbiamo potuto farne a meno dato che avevamo un bellissimo balcone.

What stood out the most was the staff. My husband and I travel a lot but never encountered such dedicated, professional and friendly staff. The owner was there all the time and personally attended to the guests’ needs. The food was first class and the location just fabulous! Will definitely return.

Amazing stay at the hotel we were welcome with such open arms and everyone was welcoming and friendly. Location was superb as it was away from the noisy side of Lake Como. I highly recommend this hotel especially if you’re driving and have means of transport.

We flew from San Francisco and we only had one day in Italy. It was the best hotel I have ever been to. View from our room was breathtaking, food - delicious, and atmosphere and staff were incredible. We didn’t want to leave at all!!!

Location da urlo!!! È situato fronte lago con una vista impagabile! Ristorante da 110 e lode. Finalmente a Lecco un ristorante all’altezza. Cucina raffinata e variegata. Ambiente nuovissimo arredato con un gusto. Ottimo Rapporto qualità/ prezzo. Assolutamente da provare!!!!

Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte in struttura e ci siamo ritrovati in un luogo incantevole. Le camere sono arredate con una cura impeccabile, con un’attenzione unica ad ogni singolo particolare. Paola and all the staff were exceptional. the location is excellent, lovely to escape the business of Varenna, Bellagio etc. lakeside views are breathtaking and the rooms and restaurant are 2nd to none around Lake Como.

Beautiful new modern hotel with a lakeside view of amazing Lake Como. Very spacious, comfortable room with nice upgrades throughout to make it feel like a luxurious stay. Breakfast from the restaurant downstairs was delicious and the owner Paola went out of her way to help secure a covid test appointment for our return back to the states (on a national holiday no less!) Highly recommend staying here for a Como trip.

Besonders erwähnenswert: die gute Lage direkt am See mit wundervollem Panoramablick (vom Balkon als auch vom Bett aus) auf den See und die Berge), das wirklich außergewönlich liebevoll ausgestaltete und frisch renovierte stylische Zimmer mit hypermodernem Bad und das freundliche Personal (insbesondere die Chefin des Hauses, die uns ungefragt weitergeholfen hat, als wir unseren Bus verpasst haben). Leider haben wir nur eine Nacht dort verbracht, weil wir auf der Durchreise (mit Bus und Bahn) von Mailand nach Bergamo (Altstadt - UNESCO-Weltkulturerbe - ist übrigens auch ein Muss, wenn man dort in der Gegend ist) waren. Beim nächsten Mal wird es sicherlich ein längerer Aufenthalt.

It was super clean and the staff was really friendly and nice that made us feel like home. The owner Paola is very kind and lovely.The chef is great. My husband and I got a cold and she helped us feel better with different kind of healthy, nutritious and delicious soup she made for us.
We had a great time there and we highly recommend this place and can’t wait to go there again.

Amazing lake side stay for a first family holiday with a baby
Loved the rooms, super clean, modern. The staff were absolutely lovely! We took our 10 month old baby for her first holiday and she enjoyed sitting outside in her highchair every morning having breakfast by the lake.

The level of care of the staff, the quality of the food and the extremely well designed rooms and restaurant is more than I have experienced before. Our stay could not be any better! Best hotel, best location, best food, best staff!! I went to Como with my friends to celebrate my birthday. Staff did everything to make my day special. I booked a table at hotel’s restaurant and everything was just perfect - service, food (!!!) interior of the restaurant, beautifully decorated dinner table and they baked for me and my friends the most delicious tart with fruit as a birthday cake. The room was super clean, well equipped, 3 mirrors in the room (very important for girls’ trip hehe), a view over lake (!!), biggest balcony, TV with Netflix and YouTube, full fridge with all kind of drinks and so on and so on. Literally everything was perfect!! I’ll come back!!! hopefully soon!
